How Sagasu.art handles account, subscription and email data
Sagasu.art is operated by Sagasu (an individual). This policy explains the information processed to provide the site, accounts, memberships and email service.
Information we process
- Account information supplied through Google sign-in, including name, email and account identifier;
- Newsletter email, subscription status and unsubscribe token;
- Customer, subscription, payment-status and billing-period identifiers supplied by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers;
- Technical information needed for security, sessions, troubleshooting and aggregate usage.
Why and with whom
We use information only to authenticate accounts, provide membership access, process subscriptions, send requested emails, secure and improve the service. Our processors include Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database and security).
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can cancel a subscription in your account and unsubscribe from marketing email using its link. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@sagasu.art.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Updates appear on this page with a new date.
