Terms for Sagasu.art, memberships and subscriptions
These Terms govern Sagasu.art, its content, memberships and email services. Sagasu.art is operated by Sagasu (an individual). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and content
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in method secure. Our articles, images, brand and other original material are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, scrape at scale, or republish members-only content without permission.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe processes membership payments, which renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout. You may cancel in the Billing Portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Digital memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Please confirm the plan, price and billing interval before purchase. For duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a technical delivery failure, contact support@sagasu.art.
Acceptable use and liability
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or bypass access controls. We may restrict abusive accounts. The service is provided as available; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagasu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
